以往的坚果去壳机,往往采用压溃法去坚果壳。用这种法去壳,使碎壳四处飞散,还容易损伤果仁。这种机器,避开了上述缺点,设计了上下两个均带有研钵形凹部的部件,并且把上下两切削刀装在里面。当坚果进到凹部中间时,上下两刀同时动作,根据电信号,控制行程,切下坚果壳的壳度,这样,既不损伤果仁,又不致使果壳飞散,效果极佳。这台机器的难点,主要在于切刀设计和刀材选取,切刀是它的主要组成部分,见下图。
