对胆固醇结石20例和正常人15名的胆囊上皮细胞分泌颗粒和溶酶体定量分析,同时测定胆囊胆汁糖蛋白含量,比较两组间的差异,分析超微结构改变与胆汁糖蛋白的关系。结果提示:结石组分泌颗粒数量、体密度和总面积均明显较对照组高(P<0.01或P<0.05),而溶酶体明显较对照组低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结石组胆汁糖蛋白量校对照组高(P<0.05).胆汁糖蛋白量与细胞分泌颗粒呈正相关,与溶酶体呈负相关。作者认为胆囊上皮分泌颗粒影响胆汁糖蛋白量的变化,而溶酶体可能与细胞内分泌颗粒或蛋白的降解有关。
Quantitative analysis of granule and lysosome secretion in gallbladder epithelial cells from 20 cases of cholesterol gallstones and 15 normal persons were performed. The content of gallbladder glycoprotein was also measured. The difference between the two groups was analyzed. The relationship between ultrastructural changes and biliary glycoprotein was analyzed. The results suggest that the number of secretory granules, body density and total area in the stone group are significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01 or P <0.05), while the lysosomes are significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01 or P <0.05). The volume of bile glycoprotein in the control group was higher in the control group (P <0.05). The amount of bile glycoprotein was positively correlated with cell secretory granules and negatively correlated with lysosomes. The author believes that the secretion of gallbladder epithelial granules affect the amount of bile glycoprotein changes, and lysosomes may be related to the degradation of endocrine granules or proteins.
