In 1994, the Frenchman Jean-Marc Phillips launched a romantic project called KEO by launching a man-made earth satellite into space, carrying several discs and burning messages from 600,000 people on earth today, Images of faces, and introduce our scientific knowledge, plant and animal species, works of art including music and so on.
