在肿瘤科研中,体外细胞培养技术得到了广泛的应用。体外细胞培养的成败往往取决于血清的质量。不同批号的血清质量差异较大,必须先行质量鉴定方可使用。其检测方法虽有多种,但因较为繁琐费时,许多实验室仍在寻求一种既简便易行,又能正确鉴定促进各种不同类型细胞生长活性的常规检测手段。姜述德建立了微量滴定法,我们在此基础上加以改进,现报告如下。 检侧细胞:人喉癌上皮样细胞HEP—2和人胚肺二倍体成纤维细胞SL—7。前者用含10%小牛血清RPMI1640培养液,后者用含10%小牛清血MEM培养液。
In tumor research, in vitro cell culture technology has been widely used. The success or failure of in vitro cell culture often depends on the quality of the serum. The quality of the serum in different batches varies greatly and must be qualified before it can be used. Although there are various detection methods, many laboratories are still seeking for a simple and easy-to-identify conventional assay that promotes the growth activity of various types of cells. Jiang Shude established the micro-titration method. We have improved on this basis. The report is as follows. Detected cells: Human laryngeal epithelioid cells HEP-2 and human embryonic lung diploid fibroblasts SL-7. The former was cultured in RPMI1640 medium containing 10% calf serum, and the latter was incubated in MEM medium containing 10% calf serum.
