人力资源是国有企业发展的推动力,它联合其他资源共同完成企业内部各环节的流通与运转。但是,只有人力资源的量是不够的,还必须对人力资源进行优化配置,才能发挥质的作用。本文主要分析了人力资源优化配置的重要性,然后根据国有企业人力资源的现状,提出了人力资源配置过程中普遍存在的问题,并针对存在的问题提出合理化的建议。
Human resources are the driving force for the development of state-owned enterprises. Together with other resources, they jointly complete the circulation and operation of the internal links of the enterprise. However, only the amount of human resources is not enough. It is also necessary to optimize the allocation of human resources in order to play a qualitative role. This paper mainly analyzes the importance of optimal allocation of human resources. Then according to the status quo of human resources in state-owned enterprises, this paper puts forward the problems that commonly exist in the process of human resources allocation, and proposes reasonable suggestions for existing problems.
