由于劳动争议引发的群体性事件逐年增多,这严重影响了非公有企业的正常生产秩序。而我国在非公有制企业工会建设方面却比较薄弱。和谐的劳动关系是和谐社会的重要内容。工会在协调劳资矛盾、推动构建和谐劳动关系方面具有不可替代的重要作用。因此,本文首先说明我国工会协调非公有制企业劳动关系中的不足,然后概述了我国工会在协调非公有制企业劳动关系中的问题及原因分析,最后提出加强非公有制企业工会建设的对策与建议。
Due to the increasing number of mass incidents triggered by labor disputes, this has seriously affected the normal production order of non-public enterprises. However, our country is weak in the construction of trade unions in non-public-owned enterprises. Harmonious labor relations are an important part of a harmonious society. Trade unions play an important and irreplaceable role in coordinating labor conflicts and promoting the building of harmonious labor relations. Therefore, this article first illustrates the shortcomings of trade unions in coordinating the labor relations of non-public-owned enterprises, and then gives an overview of the problems and reasons of the trade unions in coordinating the labor relations of non-public-owned enterprises. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the trade unions in non-public-owned enterprises.
