在运用环切方式进行型腔类零件的分层加工时 ,预钻孔位置和刀具运动轨迹规划直接影响编程的繁简及切削效率。文中提出了一种型腔环切刀轨生成算法 ,使得在一个连通加工区域里只需抬刀一次 ,保证在相邻等距环的过渡时不发生干涉。预钻孔的位置可在加工区域里灵活选择 ,取消了对预钻孔位置的限制。该文设计并实现了切除等距环尖角处未加工到的残留区域算法。算例表明 ,文中提出的方法易于实现 ,结果稳定、可靠
In the process of ring cutting for the processing of cavity parts, pre-drilling position and tool path planning directly affect the programming simplicity and cutting efficiency. In this paper, a cavity ring cutter path generation algorithm is proposed, which makes it possible to raise the knife only once in a connected processing area to ensure that the adjacent isometric ring does not interfere during the transition. The location of the pre-drilled holes allows for flexible selection in the machining area, eliminating the need for pre-drilled hole locations. This paper designs and implements an algorithm to remove the residual area that is not processed at the sharp corners of the equidistant ring. The example shows that the proposed method is easy to implement and the result is stable and reliable
