本文采用改进的循环吹气吸附法采集玳玳鲜花中芳香挥发物质(头香)。用GC/MS/DS及双柱程序升温保留指数进行分离鉴定。共鉴定了15种化合物,占总峰面积的98.98%。经嗅觉鉴定其主要赋香成分为β-柠檬烯、芳樟醇和乙酸芳樟酯。对于几何异构体及由超载而引起质谱图变形的化合物的鉴定,双柱程序升温保留指数定性起了主要作用。 将玳玳头香与其净油样品的分析结果进行比较,发现在头香中主要赋香组分柠檬烯的含量比其在净油中的含量约高40倍,而芳樟醇含量则约低10倍。可以认为样品中赋香组分含量上的差异是香精油香气与天然香气之间的差异的原因之一。
