目前国内在建筑机械化施工安装工业厂房过程中,普遍采用苏联的-1004型、-1252型、波兰的 KU-1001型、上海建筑机械厂和抚顺挖掘机厂生产的 W-100_2~1履带式万能挖掘起重机作为主要的吊装机械。由于这种万能挖掘机在设计上考虑挖掘性能较多,对于起重变幅捲扬机构的安全措施考虑较少,很不安全。说明书或操作规程中均规定在带负荷工作状态下,不允许变幅,但在实际施工过程中,一部份装吊构件必需进行带负荷施工,因而容易发生事故。
At present, during the process of construction of mechanized construction and installation of industrial plants in China, the W-100_2 tracked universals produced by the Soviet Union’s Models -1004, -1252, Poland’s KU-1001, Shanghai Construction Machinery Factory and Fushun Excavator Plant are commonly used. Excavating cranes as the main hoisting machine. Because this kind of universal excavator is designed with a lot of excavation performance in mind, there are few safety measures for hoisting luffing winch mechanisms and it is not safe. In the instructions or operating procedures, it is stipulated that under load working conditions, amplitude variation is not allowed. However, in the actual construction process, a part of the loading and unloading components must be carried out with a load, which is prone to accidents.
