针对ZY6000/20/40D掩护式液压支架小四连杆铰接式护帮板的运动特点和受力进行分析,并运用ANSYS软件对其集中载荷和扭转试验工况进行有限元模拟。结果表明:护帮板运动速度应为先快后慢,收回时上侧小连杆与千斤顶轴线、两小连杆间应有一定夹角;护帮顶板两缺口、弯曲小连杆及铰接处产生应力集中,为液压支架小四杆护帮机构的研究与优化设计提供参考。
Aiming at the movement characteristics and force of ZY6000 / 20 / 40D shield hydraulic support small four-link articulated guard plate, the finite element simulation of the concentrated load and torsion test conditions is carried out by ANSYS software. The results show that: the speed of guard plate should be fast, slow and slow. When retracting, there should be a certain angle between the small rod and the jack on the upper side. The two notches, Produce stress concentration, and provide a reference for the research and optimization design of the small four bar support mechanism of hydraulic support.
