目的了解大学生挫折感的影响因素及各因素的相对重要性。方法采用大学生挫折感问卷,对锦州某所大学1155名学生进行抽样调查研究。结果影响大学生挫折感的因素主要有6个方面,回归方程整体显著(F=89.73,P<0.01)。各因素按影响力由强到弱排序为:自我认同因子(t=12.2,P<0.01)、学习因子(t=11.2,P<0.01)、母校认可度因子(t=-15.3,P<0.01)、生活费用因子(t=4.24,P<0.01)、人际交往因子(t=3.567,P<0.01)及就业压力因子(t=-1.98,P<0.09)。结论可从大学生的母校认可度、大学生自我认同、自信心等方面提升大学生抗挫折能力。
Objective To understand the influencing factors of college students frustration and the relative importance of each factor. Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate 1155 students from a certain university in Jinzhou. Results The main influencing factors of frustration among college students were six aspects, the regression equation was overall significant (F = 89.73, P <0.01). The rank order of influencing factors was: self-identity factor (t = 12.2, P <0.01), learning factor (t = 11.2, P <0.01) ), Cost of living (t = 4.24, P <0.01), interpersonal interaction factor (t = 3.567, P <0.01) and employment stress factor (t = -1.98, P <0.09). Conclusions The college students’ ability to resist setbacks can be improved in terms of recognition of their alma mater, self-identity of college students, and self-confidence.
