以Q345B为母材,研究了TH-950HN焊条堆焊组织与力学性能。结果表明,堆焊层强化相主要为初晶碳化物(Cr,Fe)7C3及共晶相(Cr,Fe)7C3,在焊层表面的碳化物呈块状,尺寸在20μm左右;随着焊接深度的增加,碳化物形貌转变为骨骼状和长条形;这些增强相分布在合金基体中,可以起到弥散强化的效果,从而使堆焊层具有较高的硬度;堆焊层硬度沿宽度方向与深度方向分布均匀,在深度为0~10 mm范围内,其硬度为56~65 HRC。
Using Q345B as base material, the welding surfacing structure and mechanical properties of TH-950HN electrode were studied. The results show that the strengthening phases of the surfacing layer are mainly primary carbide (Cr, Fe) 7C3 and eutectic phase (Cr, Fe) 7C3. The carbide on the surface of the welding layer is massive and the size is about 20μm. The depth increases, the carbide morphology into skeletal and elongated; these reinforcement phase distribution in the alloy matrix, can play a dispersion strengthening effect, so that surfacing layer has a higher hardness; surfacing layer hardness along Width direction and depth direction of the uniform distribution, in the depth of 0 ~ 10 mm range, the hardness of 56 ~ 65 HRC.
