目的评价多层螺旋CT三维重建技术在髋臼骨折中的诊断和治疗价值。方法回顾性分析28例髋臼骨折患者的X射线平片、CT三维重建资料。结果X射线平片确诊22例,可疑诊断5例,漏诊1例,CT三维重建对28例髋臼骨折的患者均明确诊断,且均能正确分型。结论多层螺旋CT三维重建能立体、多方位、准确地显示髋臼骨折的部位、范围、碎骨片等情况,对髋臼骨折的诊断、分型及手术方案制定优于x射线平片;能指导选择最佳的手术入路及复位固定方法,对临床治疗有显著意义。
Objective To evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis and treatment of acetabular fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis of 28 patients with acetabular fractures X-ray plain film, CT three-dimensional reconstruction data. Results Twenty-two cases were diagnosed by X-ray plain film, 5 cases were suspiciously diagnosed, 1 case was misdiagnosed. Thirty-eight patients with acetabular fractures were correctly diagnosed by CT three-dimensional reconstruction. Conclusion The 3D reconstruction of multi - slice spiral CT can display the location, range and fragments of acetabular fractures more accurately and stereoscopically and more accurately than the plain radiographs in the diagnosis, classification and operation of acetabular fractures. Can guide the choice of the best surgical approach and reduction and fixation methods, have significant clinical treatment.
