我厂3t电弧炉电极夹头自投产以来,经常发生电极夹紧机构中销轴弯曲变形,从而造成夹紧机构失灵。炉前工人被迫采用斜铁固定电极。每次串电极一退一紧非常费事,烟熏火烤,工作非常艰苦。不仅如此,而且损失很多作业时间,影响生产。针对这个问题我们认真分析了销轴弯曲原因,认为是由于冶炼电流流过销轴而造成的。即有一部分电流是通过导电管、拉杆、销轴、掌板
