选取4个不育系、6个恢复系进行不完全双列杂交,研究了水稻籽粒中重金属镉(Cd)和砷(As)含量的遗传效应。结果表明:不同基因型水稻的糙米Cd和As含量存在显著的差异;不育系和恢复系Cd含量的一般配合力效应及二者的特殊配合力效应均达极显著水平,说明选育籽粒低Cd含量的组合,双亲的遗传改良和组合的评价筛选都很重要;不育系和恢复系As含量的一般配合力效应不显著,而特殊配合力效应达极显著水平,说明低As含量组合的选育关键在于组合的评价筛选;培育Cd低吸收的杂交稻组合,不育系遗传改良的效果最好,恢复系改良和组合评价筛选的效果相对较差。
Four sterile lines and six restorer lines were selected for incomplete diallel crosses to study the genetic effects of heavy metals Cd and As in rice grain. The results showed that Cd and As contents in brown rice of different genotypes were significantly different. The general combining ability of Cd in CMS and restorer lines and the special combining ability of both were extremely significant, The combination of Cd content, genetic improvement of parents and evaluation of combinations are all important. The general combining ability effect of As content in sterile and restorer lines is not significant, but the special combining ability effect reaches extremely significant level, indicating that the combination of low As content The key to breeding lies in the combination of evaluation and screening; cultivating hybrid rice combinations with low Cd uptake has the best genetic improvement effect on sterile lines; and the improvement of the restorer lines and the combination evaluation screening are relatively poor.
