针对受多因素影响的高速公路事故救援预案优选,有学者提出利用层次分析法(AHP)以提高选择的准确性。而因素间的相对关系常含有模糊性,利用此方法构造判断矩阵时不能准确反映。采用区间数描述判断矩阵,有效地解决了该问题,遂产生了区间层次分析法(IAHP)。进一步提出加权区间的概念并研究加权区间层次分析法(WIAHP),不仅使因素间相对关系的模糊性得以体现,更通过对区间上下界设权,定量地描述相对关系的区间分布。文章重点研究了利用WIAHP进行高速公路救援预案优选的方法,并通过实例对比,验证了WIAHP在救援预案优选中应用的合理性,从而使预案优选更加精确,且简化了区间数计算。
According to the optimization of highway accident rescue plan affected by many factors, some scholars propose using AHP to improve the accuracy of the selection. The relative relationship between factors often contains ambiguity, the use of this method to construct a judgment matrix can not accurately reflect. Interval interval analytic method (IAHP) is generated by using interval number to describe judgment matrix and solve the problem effectively. Furthermore, the concept of weighted interval is proposed and the weighted interval analytic hierarchy process (WIAHP) is proposed. Not only the ambiguity of the relative relationship between factors can be reflected, but also the interval distribution of relative relationship can be described quantitatively by empowering the upper and lower bounds of the interval. This article focuses on the WIAHP highway rescue plan optimization method, and by comparing examples to verify the WIAHP rescue plan optimization of the application of the rationality, so that the plan more accurate, and to simplify the interval number calculation.
