中槐茶是以槐实为主要原料加工制成的浸泡饮料。在完成急性毒性、蓄积毒性和致突变试验的基础上用Wistar大鼠进行了90天喂养和致畸试验。 将中槐茶成品茶样6克,加沸水至100毫升浸泡30分钟,过滤制得茶汤。按国家《食品安全性毒理学评价程序》的要求进行90天喂养试验,三个试验组的中槐茶浓度为1%、3%和6%,另设饮凉开水的对照组。
Huai tea in the Huai is the main raw material processing made of soaked drinks.
