企业管理教练作为一个新的文化和管理风格正在不断改变着我们的工作模式,同时也引领着管理效能的提升。当下企业发展的一大阻碍是内部负面冲突,具体表现在现阶段雇主与雇员、部门之间、雇员之间的冲突等呈上升趋势,影响了组织绩效的提升。本文通过分析三种企业教练技术及其在冲突预防和处理方面的3个企业应用,探索如何通过营造企业教练文化预防企业内部负面冲突,通过教练技术处理企业内部矛盾,并验证了教练式冲突管理方法在企业实践的可行性。
As a new culture and management style, business management coaches are constantly changing our working style and leading the management effectiveness. A major obstacle to the development of the current business is internal negative conflicts, which are manifested in an upward trend in the current stage, such as the conflict between employers and employees, departments and employees, which affects the improvement of organizational performance. By analyzing three kinds of enterprise coaching techniques and their application in conflict prevention and treatment, this paper explores how to prevent enterprise internal conflicts by building a coaching culture and how to deal with internal conflicts through coaching techniques, and verifies coaching-style conflict management Feasibility of method in business practice.
