抽油机系统效率是衡量油井工作状况的主要指标,系统效率反映着油井的生产水平,抽油机的耗电能力,目前各油田产量紧张,单方液量成本高,有必要对影响抽油机系统效率的因素进行研究,以最经济的方式实现最大的效益。抽油机系统效率公式为:η=1.134*10-4*Q*H*ρm/P入从上面公式可以得出,影响系统效率的因素为液量、有效举升高度、混合液密度、抽油机输入功率。混合液的密度是不容易改变的,我们只有提高液量、提高有效举升高度,降低抽油机的输入功率来提高系统效率。然而每个因素都不能无限制的提高或者降低,只有从中找出比较合理的平衡值才能实现系统效率的最优化。本文将以结合油田生产的实际情况,用节点分析方法来研究系统效率的影响因素。

In this paper, the node analysis method will be used to study the influencing factors of system efficiency based on the actual situation of oilfield production.
