针对传统功能表达方式存在的不足,基于广义定位理论和功能表面提出了概念设计过程中功能的广义定位表达方式。把产品功能定义为对被操作对象的广义变趋矢量的限制作用;并根据限制的广义变趋矢量数目的多少来量化产品功能;而功能表面几何特性的存在使得功能有了直观的形式化表达方式。该表达方式避免了传统表达方式存在的歧义性,便于计算机辅助概念设计过程中对功能进行存储、检索与处理,也可以形式化表达概念设计结果。提出基于该功能表达方式的概念设计模型,在功能与结构之间增加了功能表面这一环节,该模型使得功能结构间直接映射存在的解不确定性和病态性等问题得以解决,并可以与后续的详细结构设计实现无缝链接。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional function expression methods, a generalized positioning expression function of the function in the conceptual design process is proposed based on the generalized positioning theory and the functional surface. The product function is defined as the limit function of the generalized vector of the manipulated object. The function of the product is quantified according to the limited number of generalized vector. The existence of the functional surface geometry makes the function formally expressed formally the way. The expression avoids the ambiguity of the traditional expression, facilitates the storage, retrieval and processing of functions in the process of CAD-based conceptual design, and also can formally express the result of conceptual design. The concept design model based on this function expression is proposed and the functional surface is added between the function and the structure. This model solves the problems such as the solution of uncertainty and ill-posedness of the direct mapping between functional structures, Subsequent detailed structural design to achieve seamless links.
