利用激动素 (KT)、α 萘乙酸 (NAA)、6 苄基氨基嘌呤 (6 BA)、吲哚乙酸 (IAA)和赤霉素 (GA3)等外源激素 ,对甘薯不同品种茎尖分生组织进行处理 ,研究其愈伤组织培养效果和植株再生情况。结果表明 :甘薯品种间对培养基有较强的选择性 ,在不同外源激素作用下品种成苗率存在明显差异 ;外源激素以 6 BA对甘薯茎尖分生组织培养效果较好 ,其甘薯茎尖成苗率可达 74%~ 88%。
The effects of exogenous hormones such as KT, NAA, 6BA, IAA and GA3 on shoot apical meristem of sweet potato Tissues were processed to study their callus culture effects and plant regeneration. The results showed that sweet potato varieties had strong selectivity to medium, and there were significant differences in seedling emergence rate under different exogenous hormones. Exogenous hormone 6 BA had better effect on shoot apical meristem culture, Sweet potato shoot tip into seedling rate of 74% to 88%.
