目的:探讨金匮肾气丸防治肺纤维化的作用及机制。方法:将34只普通级健康SD大鼠用平阳霉素复制大鼠肺纤维化模型后,分为正常对照组、模型对照组和金匮肾气丸组,用药组每天按2.25 g.kg-1体重ig金匮肾气丸,28 d后处死,观察、比较各组大鼠肺部病理组织学改变及肺组织中血小板衍生长因子BB(platelet-derived growth factor-BB,PDGF-BB)表达。结果:模型组大鼠肺泡炎及纤维化程度、肺组织中PDGF-BB表达均明显高于正常对照组及用药组(P<0.05)。结论:金匮肾气丸能明显减轻平阳霉素所致的大鼠肺泡炎及纤维化程度,抑制肺组织中PDGF-BB过度表达。
Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of Jinkuishenqi pill in prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis. Methods: Thirty-four healthy SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group and Jinguishenqiwan group. The rats in the treatment group were treated with 2.25 g · kg- 1 weight ig Jingui Shenqi Pill, after 28 d sacrificed, observed, compared the pathological changes of lung tissue and the expression of platelet-derived growth factor-BB (PDGF-BB) . Results: The alveolitis and fibrosis degree of rats in model group were significantly higher than those in normal control group and treatment group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Jinkuishenqi Pill can obviously reduce the alveolitis and fibrosis induced by Pingyangmycin, and inhibit the over expression of PDGF-BB in lung tissue.
