芽菜是指利用植物的种子或其它营养贮藏器官,在黑暗或弱光条件下软化栽培出的可食用的芽、芽苗、芽球、嫩梢或幼茎。芽菜在生产过程中不施肥、不打药,因此它具有无化害、无污染的优点,而且芽菜又是质地鲜嫩、营养丰富的优质高档保健蔬菜。生产芽菜只需一定的温、湿度和弱光条件,因此易于工厂化规模生产,在大棚、温室、闲置民房均可采用立体架式周年生产。芽菜生产周期短,投资少,经济效益高。现将芽菜立体架式栽培技术简介如下
