采用“老三套”工艺对沙特轻质原油减二线、减三线、减四线及轻脱沥青油生产润滑油基础油进行了工业放大试验。结果表明 ,各线基础油的粘度指数均大于 90 ,但达不到HVI标准 ,而其余各项指标尚能满足要求。沙特轻质油生产过程中存在产品有异味、对加工设备有腐蚀、抽出油量大等一系列问题 ,需要进一步解决 The “old three sets” process of light oil in Saudi Arabia by the second line, minus three lines, minus four lines and light asphaltic oil production of lubricating base oil for industrial amplification test.
