以微米Al2O3、ZrO2、W、Cr、Ni以及Co为原料,采用热压烧结工艺制备了Al2O3/ZrO2复合金属陶瓷模具材料。测试和分析了烧结样品的相对密度、弯曲强度、断裂韧性以及硬度性能。结果表明,当微米Al2O3添加量(质量百分数)为35%,ZrO2为10%、W为20%、Cr为20%、Ni为10%以及Co为5%时,所制备的复合金属陶瓷模具材料性能最佳,相对密度值为98.2%,弯曲强度575 MPa,断裂韧性为8.16 MPa·m1/2,硬度值为9.06 GPa。适量的微米ZrO2在金属陶瓷模具材料中起微裂纹增韧的作用。
Al2O3 / ZrO2 composite cermet mold material was prepared by hot pressing sintering process with Al2O3, ZrO2, W, Cr, Ni and Co as raw materials. The relative density, flexural strength, fracture toughness and hardness of the sintered samples were tested and analyzed. The results show that the composite cermet mold material prepared when the micro-Al2O3 content is 35%, ZrO2 is 10%, W is 20%, Cr is 20%, Ni is 10% and Co is 5% The best performance, the relative density of 98.2%, bending strength of 575 MPa, fracture toughness of 8.16 MPa · m1 / 2, the hardness value of 9.06 GPa. Appropriate amount of ZrO2 in the ceramic mold material plays the role of micro-crack toughening.
