在国际食品科技联盟的支持下,由中国食品科学技术学会与中国农业大学共同主办的2011年北京非热加工技术国际研讨会暨超高压论坛于2011年9月22日在北京友谊宾馆隆重召开。来自全球10余个国家的200余名代表共同参与了这一国际食品非热加工领域的顶级会议,围绕着食品非热加工技术的研究与应用进行了深入的沟通与交流。
With the support of the International Food Science and Technology Alliance, the 2011 Beijing International Symposium on Non-thermal Processing Technology and EHV Forum jointly sponsored by China Institute of Food Science and Technology and China Agricultural University was held on September 22, 2011 in Beijing Friendship Hotel. More than 200 delegates from more than 10 countries in the world participated in the top international conference on non-thermal processing of food and conducted in-depth communication and exchange on the research and application of non-thermal food processing technology.
