目的观察环磷腺苷葡胺辅助治疗冠心病及高血压病发生慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法将88例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组45例和对照组43例。2组均接受利尿剂、ACEI类、β受体阻滞剂、洋地黄制剂联合应用的常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上予5%葡萄糖注射液250ml+环磷腺苷葡胺150～180mg静脉滴注,每日1次。2组疗程均为10d。结果治疗组的总有效率明显优于对照组(91.1%vs65.1%,P<0.01),45例中仅有2例发生心悸,未发生其他不良反应。结论环磷腺苷葡胺治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效显著,不良反应少。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cyclic adenosine triphosphate (AMP) supplementation in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension with chronic congestive heart failure. Methods 88 cases of chronic congestive heart failure patients were randomly divided into treatment group 45 cases and control group 43 cases. The two groups received routine treatment combined with diuretics, ACEIs, β-blockers and digitalis preparations. The treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment to 5% glucose injection 250ml + AID 150 ~ 180mg intravenous infusion, once daily. 2 groups of treatment are 10d. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (91.1% vs 65.1%, P <0.01). Only 2 of 45 patients had palpitations and no other adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion CAMP is effective in treating chronic congestive heart failure with few adverse reactions.
