目的:根据不同病情设计人工肝支持系统(ALSS),抢救各型重型肝炎,研究其机理和疗效。方法:设治疗组和对照组,两组病情差异无显著性(P 值>0.05)。两组均按重型肝炎常规检查和治疗。治疗组同时给予 ALSS 治疗。结果:治疗组急性、亚急性重型肝炎治愈好转率达71.4%,对照组为20%。慢性重型肝炎治疗组为44.7%,对照组为5.6%,两组差异有显著性(P 值<0.01)。结论:ALSS 为重型肝炎提供了较为有效、安全的治疗手段,也为肝移植开展提供了条件。
OBJECTIVE: To design artificial liver support system (ALSS) according to different disease conditions, to rescue various types of severe hepatitis and to study its mechanism and efficacy. Methods: The treatment group and the control group, the two groups showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). Both groups were routinely checked and treated by heavy hepatitis. The treatment group also given ALSS treatment. Results: The treatment group of acute, subacute severe hepatitis cure improvement rate of 71.4%, 20% of the control group. Chronic severe hepatitis treatment group was 44.7%, control group was 5.6%, the difference between the two groups was significant (P value <0.01). Conclusion: ALSS provides a more effective and safe treatment for severe hepatitis and provides the conditions for the development of liver transplantation.
