选取视频显示终端(VDT)视疲劳患者120例,随机分为对照组和联合组各60例。对照组采用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液双眼治疗;联合组在对照组基础上进行融合训练。4周后,采用调查问卷和近距离用眼时间检测进行疗效评定。对照组治疗后眼痛、眼干、异物流泪、头痛的症状评分明显低于治疗前,联合组治疗后视疲劳各项评分均明显低于治疗前和对照组,联合组治疗后用眼时间比对照组治疗后明显延长。联合组总有效率(55%)明显高于对照组(35%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。提示七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液联合融合训练治疗VDT视疲劳的临床疗效显著,安全性高。
A total of 120 patients with visual fatigue in video display terminal (VDT) were selected and randomly divided into control group and 60 cases in combination group. The control group was treated with heliotropin and dipyridamole eye drops. The combined group received fusion training on the basis of the control group. Four weeks later, the curative effect was assessed using a questionnaire and short-term eye time test. After treatment, the symptom scores of eye pain, eye dryness, foreign body tears and headache in the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment. The scores of visual fatigue in the combined group were significantly lower than those before treatment and in the control group. After the treatment, the eye time ratio The control group was significantly prolonged after treatment. The total effective rate (55%) in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group (35%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). It is indicated that the combination of seven dipyridamole double glycosides eye drops and fusion therapy for VDT visual fatigue has significant clinical effect and high safety.
