秘书人员在适应领导工作需要的不懈努力中不能不运用知识和智力所蕴含和激发的机智的力量.但目前国内秘书学理论对秘书机智尚无深入系统探计.所谓秘书机智,是指秘书人员在适应领导工作需要的过程中,创造性地运用心理规律,灵活机智地对待并快速及时解决工作中的大量难以明确、意想不到的问题,顺利地适应领导需要,获得事半功倍的服务效果的一种智力定向能力.在工作实践中,秘书机智具体体现为互相促进有机结合构筑合理的三种力,即理解力、应变力和影响力.一、对领导意图的理解能力领导意图就是领导者对某一问题的认识和解决
