农村五保户的医疗救助问题是我国医疗救助的重要组成部分。本文通过查阅河北省各个地区的医疗救助工作汇报以及河北省民政厅的统计资料,了解河北省农村五保户的医疗救助现状,发现河北省的医疗救助逐步呈现出人员增多、程序简化的趋势,但仍然存在很多不足之处,因此,政府应该发挥主体作用,积极整合医疗救助资金,完善医疗救助制度,使河北省的医疗救助走向正轨,切实保证农村五保户的疾病得到有效治疗。 The issue of medical assistance for rural households enjoying five guarantees is an important part of China’s medical assistance. In this paper, by referring to the reports of medical aid work in all regions of Hebei Province and the statistics of Hebei Civil Affairs Department, the author finds out the status quo of medical aid in rural households enjoying five guarantees in Hebei Province. It finds that the medical aid in Hebei Province gradually shows the trend of increasing personnel and simplifying procedure, However, there are still many shortcomings. Therefore, the government should play an active role in actively integrating medical aid funds and improving the medical aid system so that medical aid in Hebei Province can be put on track and the disease in rural households enjoying five guarantees can be effectively treated.
