本文对采用远红外加热养护混凝土以节省能耗的可行性及其效果进行了探讨。研究了采用远红外养护混凝土时,不同的养护周期对混凝土抗压强度影的响;进行了远红外养护与蒸汽养护的对比试验;讨论了远红外养护期间混凝土表面覆盖对混凝土强度的影响;对混凝土在养护期间其表面与中心温度变化规律及混凝土后期强度进行了试验研究,本文最后对远红外养护混凝土的机理作了初步阐述。
This paper discusses the feasibility and effect of using far-infrared heating for curing concrete to save energy. The effect of different curing cycles on compressive strength of concrete during far infrared curing of concrete was studied. A comparative experiment between far infrared curing and steam curing was conducted. The effect of concrete surface coverage on the strength of concrete during far infrared curing was discussed. In the course of curing, the surface and central temperature change law and the later strength of concrete were studied experimentally. At the end of this paper, the mechanism of far infrared curing concrete was preliminarily expounded.
