一、工程概况 圈堤西路1~#～3~#住宅楼位于安徽省蚌埠市西区,3栋楼均为六层带坡屋顶砖混结构住宅楼,总建筑面积9000m~2,由于处于旧河道上,地质条件复杂,经过多方案比较,基础采用锤击沉管夯扩混凝土灌注桩,单桩设计承载力极限标准值R=700KN,1~#～3~#楼共用夯扩桩546根,桩身直径350mm,设计桩长10.2m,持力层为第⑦层,粉质粘土,设计外夯管直径为325mm,采用二次夯扩,扩头直径≥700mm。
