抗战胜利后,国民政府国防部上海军事法庭设立于虹口北四川路江湾路口一幢坚固的大楼内。从1946年4月至1949年1月26日,共计审判日本战犯百余人、结案者116人,其中判处死刑14人、判处无期徒刑22人、判处有期徒刑75人、无罪释放5人。上海军事法庭判处死刑的14名日本战犯中,大多在提篮桥监狱内执行枪决。1947年11月22日中午,随着两声枪响,罪恶累累的日本战犯、日特机关情报主任芝原平三郎被中国法警枪决于提篮桥监狱,他是伏尸于该刑场上的第三个日本战犯。《中央日报》、《申报》、《新闻报》等媒体纷纷予以披露,留下了这段不该忘却的记忆。
After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, the Shanghai Military Tribunal of the Ministry of National Defense of the National Government was set up in a sturdy building at the junction of Jiangwan Road, Sichuan Road, Hongkou North. From April 1946 to January 26, 1949, a total of over 100 Japanese war criminals were tried and 116 were sentenced, of whom 14 were sentenced to death, 22 were sentenced to life imprisonment, 75 were sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment, and 5 were acquitted. Of the 14 Japanese war criminals who were sentenced to death by the Shanghai Military Tribunal, most executed in Tilanqiao prison. At noon on November 22, 1947, with two gunshots, the sinister Japan war criminals and Japanese intelligence agency director Shibara Hirazaburo were shot dead by Chinese bailiffs at Tilanqiao Prison, the third Japan War criminal. Media such as “Central Daily News”, “Shenbao Newspaper” and “Newspaper” have been disclosed, leaving behind memories that should not be forgotten during this period.
