近年来,无固相冲洗液在钻探中的应用得到了较快的发展.其品种不断增加,应用范围不断扩大,正成为复杂地层护壁堵漏的一种新的方法与手段.目前,国外已研究与应用了多种类型的无固相冲洗液,如生物聚合物、羟乙基纤维素、瓜尔胶、PAM加生物聚合物、PAM加氯化钾、PAM加硅酸钠等.国内一些单位也在试验使用PAM清水溶液、PHP-硅酸钠冲洗液.这些无固相冲洗液虽然取得了一定的效果,但因存在着成本较高,失水性能差及性能不稳定等缺点而限制了它们的广泛使用.因此,进一步研究性能好,价格低,来源广并适应人造金刚石小口径钻探及一般岩芯钻探使用的新型无固相冲洗液,已成为摆在我们钻探工作者面前的一项重要课题.
