南京航空学院与608研究所共同完成的“挠性膜片联轴器设计准则、强度分析、优化设计、CAD研究”的课题,最近通过了中国航空发动机总公司组织的技术鉴定。 挠性膜片联轴器是一种较新型的轴与轴间的联接装置,广泛应用于航空、机械等领域,适用于高速、大功率的轴间联接,具有结构简单、挠性好、不需润滑,工作可靠、寿命长等特点。此项研究结合工程实际,创造性地解决了组合层板有限元位移、应力和强度计算的难题,满足工程设计需要;该CAD软件在有限元强度刚度分析基础上能有效地进行优化设计及绘图,计算迅速,使用方便,功能齐全;特别是该成果集有限元理论、自动分单元、自动分配节点载荷,用传递矩阵法分析振动、优化设计、CAD于一体,使六孔膜片联轴器从计算到绘图实现了一体化设计。
