目的:探讨蛛网膜下池CT测量值的年龄性变化。材料与方法:对延边地区200名健康朝鲜族成人的头部CT片进行了5处蛛网膜下池测量,并做了方差分析和U检验。结果:50岁以前测量值无显著性差异,50岁以后大脑纵裂地和大脑外侧窝池的CT测量值明显增大,而其它3处蛛网膜下池的测量值在各年龄组之间无显著性差异。结论:50岁以后大脑纵裂池和大脑外侧窝地明显增大。
Objective: To investigate the age-related changes of CT in subarachnoid pool. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Five subarachnoid pools of head CT images of 200 healthy Korean adults in Yanbian were measured and analyzed by variance and U test. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in measured values before the age of 50, with a significant increase in CT measurements of the longitudinal lobe of the brain and the lateral fossa of the brain after 50 years of age, while the measurements of the other three subarachnoid pools were not significant between the age groups difference. Conclusion: After 50 years of age, the longitudinal fissure pool and the lateral foramina of the brain significantly increased.
