结晶是影响阿洛西林质量及晶型的关键工序,对其进行深入探讨十分必要。本文采用实验的方法,通过变换工艺条件以获得晶型好、质量和收率和的产品。实验得出最佳工艺条件:室温23~27℃,4%HCl滴加速度2ml/min,搅拌速度100r/min,5℃养晶1.5h。在此工艺条件下,产品状态松散、不发粘、杂质少、质量高。另外,研究还发现,HCl浓度和结晶温度是影响产品质量的关键因素,而养晶时间的把握对晶型的影响十分大。
Crystallization is the key process affecting the quality and crystal form of azlocillin, and it is very necessary to study it in depth. In this paper, the experimental method, by changing the process conditions to get good crystal quality, yield and product. The optimum process conditions were as follows: room temperature 23 ~ 27 ℃, 4% HCl dropping rate 2ml / min, stirring speed 100r / min, 5 ℃ crystal 1.5h. In this process conditions, the product state loose, non-sticky, less impurities, high quality. In addition, the study also found that HCl concentration and crystallization temperature are the key factors affecting the quality of products, while holding the timing of crystallization on the crystal form is very large.
