目的探讨知-信-行健康教育模式对体外受精-胚胎移植患者相关知识知晓率的影响。方法选取体外受精-胚胎移植患者2 3 2例,以实行知-信-行健康教育模式的时间为界点,分为对照组1 2 0例和观察组1 1 2例,对照组采用传统的健康教育,观察组采用知-信-行模式进行健康教育,以患者对体外受精-胚胎移植的知识知晓率作为评价指标。结果观察组患者对体外受精-胚胎移植相关知识的知晓率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0 5)。结论在体外受精-胚胎移植患者中进行以知-信-行模式为主的健康教育,可以提高患者对不孕症相关知识的认知水平,使患者形成正确的健康信念,正确认识体外受精-胚胎移植的治疗过程,提高患者的自我管理能力及对治疗的依从性,提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore the effect of knowing-letter-line health education mode on the awareness of related knowledge of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer patients. Methods Twenty-two patients with in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer were enrolled in this study. 120 students in control group and 112 in observation group were enrolled in this study. The control group was treated with traditional Health education. The observation group adopted the knowledge-letter-line model for health education. The rate of knowledge about in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer was used as the evaluation index. Results The awareness rate of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P <0.0 5). Conclusion The health education based on the knowledge - letter - line model in patients with in vitro fertilization - embryo transfer can improve the cognition of infertility - related knowledge, make the patients form the correct health belief and correctly understand the relationship between in vitro fertilization - The process of embryo transfer treatment to improve patient self-management and compliance with treatment, improve the therapeutic effect.
