首先,对已有的锯齿螺旋翅片管换热与阻力特性关联式进行了整理与总结,继而通过对12个锯齿螺旋翅片管束进行风洞实验,比较和验证了相关的换热与阻力特性关联式。结果表明:(1)不同研究者所提出关联式的预测结果相差较大;(2)Weierman1976、ESCOA1979及Chen1998关联式的预测结果与实验结果相符较好,偏差均在20%以内,其中ESCOA1979关联式与实验结果相符最好,偏差在10%以内;(3)相同条件下与连续螺旋翅片管关联式预测结果相比,锯齿螺旋翅片管翅侧换热增大较多,而阻力变化不大。
