笔者从事英语教学十多年了,经历了从传统的英语教育教学模式到新课程改革的教育教学模式的转变,深知新课改教育模式给我们英语课堂教学注入了新的生命力。然而在学习、思考和实践中,我们也分明地觉察到它的遗憾与不足。在实践中,有的教师为增加课堂教学气氛,想尽办法,设计的花样层出不穷,表面上看非常活跃,但基础教学不扎实,学生无法真正掌握好知识,基本能力也得不到培养。最终弄得“教师教得辛苦,学生学得痛苦”。甚至学生更早地出现两极分化,分化面更大。这种情况下,一种新的教学理念和教学方式又引起了我们教育工作者的关注——有效性教学。
After more than ten years in English teaching, the author has undergone a change from the traditional English education and teaching model to the new curriculum reform education and teaching model, knowing that the new curriculum reform education model has injected new vitality into English classroom teaching. However, in learning, thinking and practicing, we also clearly notice its regret and inadequacy. In practice, some teachers try their best to improve the atmosphere of classroom teaching, and the design patterns emerge in an endless stream. On the surface, the teachers are very active. However, the basic teaching is not solid and the students can not really grasp the knowledge and the basic abilities can not be cultivated. Eventually confused “teachers teach hard, students learn to suffer ”. Even the students appeared earlier in the polarization, differentiation is even greater. In this case, a new teaching philosophy and teaching method has aroused the concern of our educators - effective teaching.
