一、前言金属钙在原子能工业中常用在制取金属铀和钚中作还原剂,在炼钢工业中作脱氧剂等。金属钙产品作为商品时也主要根据其活性钙含量区分精制钙和商品钙。钙的还原活性是金属钙产品的重要质量指标。但是有关金属钙的测定方法,国内外均报道很少。本工作参考了文献[1](其方法精密度<±0.5%),对气量法的仪器装置和操作技术进行了改进,提高了方法的精密度。
I. Introduction Metallic calcium is commonly used as reductant in the preparation of metallic uranium and plutonium in the atomic energy industry and as a deoxidizer in the steelmaking industry. Metallic calcium products as a commodity also mainly based on the active calcium content of refined calcium and calcium products. Calcium reduction activity is an important quality indicator of metallic calcium products. However, the determination of metal calcium method, both at home and abroad have reported very little. Reference [1] (the method precision of which is less than ± 0.5%) is used in this work, and the instrumentation and operation technique of the gas volume method are improved to improve the precision of the method.
