分布式冷热电联供系统变工况性能主要受到系统组成以及运行调控策略的影响.目前针对联供系统的研究,大多基于热力学第一定律的能分析以及热力学第二定律的?分析,缺乏考虑设备实际成本以及设备不可逆损失的不等价性,难以对系统运行进行合理评价.本文基于能的品位概念的?经济成本分析方法,以小型燃气轮机分布式冷热电联供系统为研究对象,构建基于结构理论的热经济学模型,量化系统中各设备之间的生产交互作用.深入分析系统在传统燃烧室燃料量(TIT)以及压气机入口压力(IAT)两种调控策略下,系统变工况运行的热力性能以及物流经济成本变化规律.结果表明基于改变压气机入口压力的调控方法可有效降低产品的生产成本,使系统运行获得更高的经济收益.
The performance of distributed CCHP system is mainly affected by the system composition and operation control strategy.At present, most of the researches on CFC system based on the first law of thermodynamics and the second law of thermodynamics are lacking Considering the actual cost of the equipment and the inequality of irreversible loss of equipment, it is difficult to evaluate the operation of the system reasonably.According to the economic cost analysis method of energy grade concept, taking the small gas turbine distributed CCHP system as the research object, The thermal economics model based on structure theory is constructed to quantify the production interaction between the devices in the system.Due to the two control strategies of the traditional combustion chamber fuel quantity (TIT) and the compressor inlet pressure (IAT) The thermal performance of the working condition and the law of the economic cost of the logistics.The results show that the control method based on changing the inlet pressure of the compressor can effectively reduce the production cost of the product and make the system operate with higher economic benefits.
