以磷酸盐溶液为原料制备了一种醇溶性磷酸盐胶黏剂,并借助液滴形状分析仪(DSA)、热重分析仪(TG)及万能拉力机对水溶性和醇溶性磷酸盐胶黏剂在疏水材料表面的润湿情况、耐热及力学性能进行了分析。结果表明:醇溶性磷酸盐胶黏剂对疏水材料的润湿效果良好,对亲水和疏水材料都有良好的粘接效果;具有优异的耐热性能和力学性能,经1000℃热处理后失重仅为3.5%,醇溶性磷酸盐胶黏剂在800℃达到最大强度10.67MPa,1200℃高温处理仍达9.20MPa,醇溶剂的使用提高了胶黏剂的剪切强度。
An alcohol-soluble phosphate adhesive was prepared by using phosphate solution as raw material.
