国际上有关研究发现,大白菜对芜菁花叶病毒(TuMV)的抗性具有林系特异性,一些品种或品系携带独立的、显性遗传的抗TuMV基因,并制定出能反映大白菜不同品种与TuMV株系间生物遗传关系的株系鉴定寄主谱。根据这一寄主谱,我们对北京地区大白菜TuMV株系进行了鉴定,初步结果表明,以TuMV-C4株系为主,其次为C3、C5和C2,尚未发现C1株系,这对大白菜抗TuMV育种有着重要意义。
