长期以来,环境中的H2S曾因其对人体的毒性被认为是一种有毒气体,直到20世纪80年代末期,相继在大鼠和人类的脑组织中发现了含量相当高的内源性H2S后,才认为它具有生理功能。越来越多的研究证明,H2S是继NO、CO之后发现的第三种气体信号分子[1],同NO、CO一样在人体内发挥着重要的生理和病理作用。目前H2S与CKD的关系也逐渐引起人们的重视,现对H2S在CKD中的相关研究进展进行综述。
For a long time, the environment of H2S was considered as a toxic gas due to its toxicity to human body until the late 1980s, one after another in rats and human brain tissue found a significant amount of endogenous H2S , Just think it has physiological function. More and more researches prove that H2S is the third gas signal molecule discovered after NO and CO [1]. It plays an important physiological and pathological role in human body like NO and CO. At present, the relationship between H2S and CKD also gradually attracted people’s attention, now the research progress of H2S in CKD are reviewed.
