采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈、水和冰乙酸为流动相,使用Nova-Pak C18填充柱的不锈钢柱和可变紫外检测器,在270 nm波长下对试样中硝磺草酮、烟嘧磺隆、莠去津进行液相色谱分离和定量分析。结果表明,硝磺草酮、烟嘧磺隆、莠去津的线性相关系数分别为0.999 9、0.999 9、0.999 7;标准偏差分别为0.067、0.039、0.11;变异系数分别为0.92%、1.35%、0.56%;平均回收率分别为100.10%、100.00%、100.07%。该方法简便、快速、准确度高,可以满足硝磺草酮、烟嘧磺隆、莠去津的定性和定量分析。
High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with acetonitrile, water and glacial acetic acid as mobile phase was performed on a stainless steel column with a Nova-Pak C18 packed column and a variable UV detector. The mesotrione, smoke Sulfometuron, Atrazine for liquid chromatography separation and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of mesotrione, nicosulfuron and atrazine were 0.999 9,0.999 9,0.999 7 respectively; the standard deviations were 0.067,0.039,0.11 respectively; the coefficients of variation were 0.92%, 1.35% , 0.56% respectively; the average recoveries were 100.10%, 100.00% and 100.07% respectively. The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can meet the qualitative and quantitative analysis of mesotrione, nicosulfuron and atrazine.
