目的了解木业加工职业病危害现状,为预防职业病提供依据。方法对某木业加工厂进行现场调查,对有害作业岗位进行职业病危害因素检测与评价。结果该厂各岗位粉尘短时间接触在0.67~72.33mg/m3之间,超限倍数为0.22~72.33倍,检测合格率34.62%,粉尘时间加权平均浓度检测在0.06~46.67 mg/m3,检测合格率46.15%;噪声8 h等效连续A声级75.69~94 dB(A)之间,合格率69.70%;苯、甲苯、二甲苯、环氧氯丙烷、甲醛、乙酸异丁酯短时间接触浓度分别为<0.6~43.44 mg/m3之间、<1.2~364.81 mg/m3之间、<3.3~100.50 mg/m3之间、<0.08~0.28 mg/m3之间、甲醛低于最低检出浓度<0.067 mg/m3、乙酸异丁酯低于最低检出浓度<0.6 mg/m3,苯检测合格率73.33%;甲苯检测合格率70.59%;二甲苯检测合格率94.11%;甲醛、环氧氯丙烷和乙酸异丁酯短时间浓度检测全部合格。结论该木器加工厂职业卫生状况不符合国家职业卫生标准,应加强职业卫生监督,采取有效措施,改善劳动条件。
