某油井在修井作业过程中发生了1起油管断裂事故,在随后打捞过程中,1根油管又发生弯曲。为分析事故原因,进行了调查研究,对断裂油管和弯曲油管进行了宏观形貌分析和尺寸测量;对起下油管所用的吊卡磨损程度和尺寸进行了测量和分析;对油管材质进行了试验。调查研究和试验分析结果表明,油管材质符合标准要求,油管在下井过程中断裂和弯曲的原因主要是吊卡严重磨损后,油管接箍承载端面一侧滑入吊卡孔内,承受异常载荷所致。
