针对发动机空心叶片的钛合金三层空心瓦伦结构,分析了不同瓦伦结构特征参数对抗冲击强度的影响试验。通过有限元数值模拟和逆向分析的手段,估算出钛合金空心瓦伦焊缝的失效强度。对数值模拟结果进行分析,得到在冲击载荷下相邻瓦伦夹角、焊缝长度与扩散连接焊焊缝失效强度之间的关系,为空心风扇叶片等空心瓦伦结构零部件的设计和抗冲击强度分析提供参考。
Aiming at the hollow titanium alloy three-layer Hollan structure of engine hollow blade, the influence of different Wallen structural parameters on the impact strength is analyzed.
